2. OBJECTIVE

These Terms and Conditions regulate the sale of jewelry, accessories, and other products offered by Joyas Pino through its virtual store.

3. USE OF THE WEBSITE

The user agrees to use this website lawfully, respecting current Peruvian legislation, and refraining from activities that may affect the operation of the site or the rights of third parties.

It is prohibited to:

  • Use the site for fraudulent purposes.

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the content without authorization.

  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the site.

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any malicious code.

4. PRODUCTS

Product photographs are for reference purposes and may show slight color variations due to individual screen settings.

As these are handcrafted jewels, there may be small differences in:

  • Weight.

  • Measurements.

  • Finishes.

  • Shade of natural stones.

These variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Each product includes a description of the materials used, such as gold, silver, stainless steel, natural stones, or others.

5. AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to stock availability.

In the event that a purchased product is not available due to unforeseen reasons, Joyas Pino will inform the customer and proceed with a refund of the paid amount or, upon prior agreement with the customer, offer an equivalent product.

6. PRICES

All prices are shown in Peruvian Soles (S/).

Prices include applicable taxes in accordance with Peruvian legislation, unless otherwise expressly indicated.

Shipping costs are calculated before completing the purchase.

Joyas Pino may modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed and paid for.

7. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa cards.

  • Mastercard.

  • American Express.

  • Yape.

  • Plin.

  • Bank transfers.

  • Other methods enabled on the platform.

Payments are processed through secure payment platforms.

Joyas Pino does not store full credit or debit card information.

8. CONDITIONS AND MINIMUM AMOUNTS 

Joyas Pino offers the benefit of interest-free installment financing for the purchase of all our gold and silver jewelry through banks and payment gateways affiliated with our web platform, subject to the following purchase conditions:

  • Up to three (3) interest-free installments: Applies exclusively to total purchases with a value equal to or greater than S/ 3,000.00 (Three thousand and 00/100 Soles)

  • Up to six (6) interest-free installments: Applies exclusively to total purchases with a value equal to or greater than S/ 4,900.00 (Four thousand nine hundred and 00/100 Soles).

9. RESTRICTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS (NON-ACCUMULABLE)

This interest-free installment financing benefit is not accumulable with any other promotion, campaign, gift, or current discount.

Under no circumstances may the interest-free installment benefit be applied simultaneously with:

  • Discounts or special rates granted in a personalized manner during assistance through digital channels (WhatsApp, social media, or virtual consultation).

  • Discounts, promotions, or special prices granted during in-person visits at our physical stores.

In the event that the customer chooses to apply a promotional discount or reduced price to their purchase, they will automatically lose the right to finance said order under the interest-free installment plan, and must assume the standard interest rates determined by their bank for regular installment purchases.

10. ORDER CONFIRMATION

A purchase is considered confirmed only when the payment has been approved and the order has been validated by Joyas Pino.

Sending the confirmation email constitutes an acknowledgement of receipt of the order, but does not imply final acceptance in cases of:

  • Obvious price error.

  • Lack of stock.

  • Suspicion of fraud.

  • Inability to process the payment.

11. SHIPPING

We ship throughout the Peruvian territory through authorized transport companies.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to reasons beyond Joyas Pino's control, including:

  • Weather conditions.

  • Logistical restrictions.

  • Carrier delays.

  • Fortuitous events or force majeure.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.

Shipping costs will be informed before completing the purchase.

Shipping is free for purchases over S/.300. This benefit is only valid for the Peruvian territory.

12. PRODUCT RECEIPT

The customer must check the condition of the package at the time of delivery.

If visible damage to the packaging is observed or improper handling is suspected, it must be reported immediately to the carrier and to Joyas Pino.

13. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchange requests will only be accepted when:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • A product different from the one requested was sent.

Requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days after receiving the order.

To proceed with the exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused.

  • In perfect condition.

  • With its original packaging.

  • With complete labels and accessories.

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Natural wear and tear.

  • Dents.

  • Scratches.

  • Oxidation due to improper use.

  • Contact with perfumes, chlorine, or chemical products.

  • Handling by third parties.

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.

14. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Customized, engraved, made-to-measure, or modified jewelry requested by the customer cannot be exchanged or returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

15. WARRANTY

Joyas Pino offers a warranty for manufacturing defects during the period indicated for each product.

The warranty covers exclusively:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Structural failures.

  • Soldering issues.

  • Defective clasps.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Dents.

  • Loss of stones due to impact.

  • Scratches.

  • Wear and tear from use.

  • Oxidation caused by external agents.

  • Repairs carried out by third parties.

  • Improper use of the product.

16. JEWELRY CARE

To properly preserve your jewelry, we recommend:

  • Avoiding contact with perfumes and cosmetics.

  • Not wearing jewelry during sports activities.

  • Avoiding contact with seawater or swimming pools.

  • Storing them individually.

  • Cleaning them only with cloths suitable for jewelry.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website, including photographs, designs, logos, images, texts, trademarks, trade names, and other elements, is the property of Joyas Pino or its respective owners.

Its reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Joyas Pino will not be responsible for:

  • Temporary interruptions of the website.

  • Failures in Internet services.

  • Problems derived from third-party providers.

  • Fortuitous events or force majeure.

  • Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, its regulations, and other applicable regulations.

The modifications will be published on this same page and will come into effect from their date of publication.

22. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.

Any controversy derived from the interpretation or execution of these Terms will be resolved in accordance with Peruvian legislation and before the competent authorities.
